Refund and Return Policy

Trial Period

Customers enjoy a 14‑day trial period to experience our products. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item within this period.

Return Conditions

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please keep the original packing material, as the product must be returned using it.

The product must be received in normal condition (undamaged, and complete with all accessories).

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product in Normal Condition, a refund will be processed within 5 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Exception: Item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or reached. Usually, there is often some processing time (one or two days) before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to the aforementioned reasons, please contact us by email csr@iconicmarketplace.com to make the arrangement.
